We are deeply committed to providing exceptional customer service; our customers are and will continue to be at the center of everything we do!We value our employees and offer growth and versatility in your career by providing cross training in other fields and education and licensing programs.Position: Residential Drain TechnicianPay Range: $28.00- $35.00 per hour, depending on experienceHorus: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtimeLocation: Danvers, MACompany Benefits: Medical Insurance with company contribution for individuals and family; FSA and HSA optionsVision and Dental InsuranceBasic Life and AD&D InsuranceLong-Term Disability401k with company match80 hours of vacation; accrued40 hours of sick leave9 Paid Holidays, including floating holidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramOther supplemental insurance options availableCompany Perks: Take home company vehicle & gas cardCompany uniforms, phone, and tabletCross-training available in gas, oil, propane, and HVACEducation and licensing program for oil, propane, and HVACWe are committed to not just providing jobs but careers for our employeesEquipment training is provided for Bosch, Ecobee, Fujitsu, Buderus, Carrier, etc., throughout the yearRelocation Assistance available for qualified applicantsKey Responsibilities:Carry out residential drain cleaning using drain snakes, augers, and related equipment.Install and replace plumbing fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and similar components.Inspect and troubleshoot drain problems, explain repair or replacement options to customers, and complete the required work.Advise homeowners on recommended repairs, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance to help avoid future issues.Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean, organized, and in proper working condition.Adhere to company safety policies and plumbing industry best practices during every service visit.Prepare detailed service records, invoices, and job documentation using ServiceTitan software.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in drain cleaning or residential plumbing.Proficient in safely operating drain cleaning machines and equipment.Capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more.Understanding of basic plumbing systems and repair techniques.Able to work in confined or restricted spaces when necessary.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Willing to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.Currently enrolled in a plumbing trade program or interested in pursuing plumbing training.Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice License is preferred but not mandatory.Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.plumber, installer, hvac, journeyman, journeyman plumber, residential service, residential, commercial, install, installation
