Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Production Operators to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves operating equipment, packaging products, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Operate production equipment and perform repetitive manufacturing tasks.
Package, stack, and move materials and finished products.
Use pallet jacks and hand carts.
Record production information as required.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
Follow written and verbal instructions while meeting quality and production goals.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy manufacturing environments.
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling experience is a plus. We are looking for dependable individuals with a safety-first mindset who are ready to work and grow with the company.
