Now Hiring: Activity Assistant
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of engaging activities for our residents, promoting social interaction, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing activities that meet the physical, mental, and social needs of our residents
Encourage resident participation in activities
Prepare and set up necessary materials for each activity
Work closely with other staff members to ensure activities are well-coordinated and safe
Document resident participation and progress
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for working with seniors
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to assist in setting up and conducting activities
