Nursing Home Administrator
Job Summary:
Our skilled nursing facility is seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Administrator to join our team in the greater Northern Ohio area. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing home facility, ensuring exceptional care and services to our residents. Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall direction and management of the nursing home facility, including strategic planning, budgeting, and policy development
Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring high-quality services to residents
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a senior leadership role in a healthcare setting
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
Valid Administrator licensure in the state of Ohio
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 annually
