Job Summary
Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dedicated team in Winchester, MA.
As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in creating a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, works well as part of a team, and understands the importance of providing a comfortable environment for residents in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
Clean, dry mop, and wet mop resident rooms and assigned areas
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste
Clean staff dining areas, stairwells, hallways, and other designated spaces
Vacuum carpets and other floor surfaces
Restock housekeeping supplies as needed
Perform occasional light maintenance duties as assigned
Follow all facility safety, sanitation, and infection-control policies and procedures
Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff
Qualifications
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
Ability to follow departmental safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
