Role reports to: Head Marketing Operations & Capabilities Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do Our MBA Summer Marketing Associates will join Kenvue for an 11-week internship program to consult on strategic & analytical marketing projects.
The program offers learning & development, culture, and mentorship opportunities for each participant.
This position reports into the Brand Team and Marketing Capabilities Team and is based in Summit, NJ. Our portfolio ranges across two distinct business segments: * Skin Health brands include NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO®, CLEAN & CLEAR®, LUBRIDERM® and JOHNSON'S® Baby * Self Care brands include TYLENOL®, MOTRIN®, ZYRTEC®, BENADRYL®, SUDAFED®, BAND-AID®, and LISTERINE® Key Responsibilities: As a Marketing Summer Associate, you become an integral part of a Brand or Marketing Operations & Capabilities Team.
Some of the responsibilities may include: * Learning the history & equity of our brands to help shape the path forward * Researching competitive advertising, consumer promotion, market research, product/package improvements & best practices * Consulting on strategic business problems & using data to create recommendations and tell stories * You will be given the opportunity to interact with senior management, including a mid-point and final summer project presentation to share out your recommendations.
Your ideas can help drive the future trajectory of the brand and can be seen in-market! Past projects have included: * Identifying a strategic roadmap to expand a brand's ecommerce presence * Evaluate the opportunity of leveraging AI to support brands to create an elevated consumer experience * Develop cross-branding strategy and campaign platforms to drive equity, expand usage, and build regimen * Assess, forecast, and report business trend drivers * Invent efficient education strategy for reaching and influencing pharmacy and in store health clinic professionals You would report to management supervisors and have opportunities to present key project findings and recommendations to business leaders.

Summer associates who demonstrate strong performance & professionalism may be considered for full time offer to return upon graduation. What we are looking for Required Qualifications * Completed bachelor's degree * You are legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
and do not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g.
H1-B status) * Currently a Graduate student pursuing an MBA and anticipating completing it between December 2027 and June 2028 * Creative instincts and capability to be a collaborative member of a cross-functional team * Ability to work during the duration of the assignment.
