Clearview Cancer Institute is north Alabama's leading cancer treatment facility. The purpose of the Disability Specialist is to coordinate the support for all patients' leave of absence cases, Family Medical Leave Act claims, as well as short term and long-term disability claims.

Working conditions
This position works in the social work department of a busy oncology/hematology clinic. Direct patient contact is required to assist patients with disability claims and leave requests.
Physical requirements
This position requires that the employee be able to sit and work on a computer for up to eight hours a day. This position also requires that the employee be able to stand and walk several times a day to complete assigned tasks.
