Job description:
Intake customers' vehicles by listening to their concerns and asking the right questions.
Communicate with technicians on the findings of the job and timing of the job.
Sources parts and labor for the repair/maintenance.
Sells the necessary repairs/maintenance to the customer.
Keeps the customer up-to-date throughout the process.
Answer the phones/emails and schedule customer appointments.
Presents themselves and the Honest-1 brand in a professional manner
Assist with the daily organization, cleaning, and stocking of the front desk area and customer waiting area.
Provides excellent customer service at all times with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Is reliable in arriving on time to scheduled shifts.

Provide excellent customer service by listening to concerns and clearly explaining recommended repairs. * Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments to meet shop capacity and time goals. * Communicate accurate estimates, write-ups, and updates to customers throughout the service process. * Sell services responsibly based on vehicle needs and dealership standards. * Maintain organized work flow for check-in, service progress, and check-out for multiple vehicles. * Verify warranty and perform basic documentation to ensure claims are submitted correctly. * Collaborate with technicians to ensure work is completed as quoted and address any discrepancies promptly. * Handle payments and manage cash/card transactions accurately while maintaining proper records. * Follow all company policies for safety, quality, and customer privacy. * Stay professional, calm, and solution-focused while working in a fast-paced shop environment. * Have at least 2 years prior service advising experience in an automotive repair environment.
