Social Media Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Content Creator who knows how to turn everyday moments into content people actually want to watch.

The Caldwell Group at eXp Realty is a high-producing residential real estate team serving Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. We’re looking for a hands-on creator and marketer to take ownership of our organic social media presence and help us grow our brand, attract clients, and connect with agents.

This is a hands-on, primarily in-person role based in Fort Mitchell, KY, with content creation taking place throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. The position is part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other priority platforms.

• Develop creative content ideas, strong hooks, scripts, captions, graphics, carousels, and video concepts that fit our brand and connect with our audience.

• Capture content at listings, closings, team activities, client events, and throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky market.

• Own and manage the social media content calendar and posting schedule, proactively identifying content opportunities rather than waiting for assignments.

• Engage with followers through comments and DMs and create content designed to grow our audience, generate consumer leads and conversations, and support agent recruiting.

• Track content performance and use analytics to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and where we should adjust our strategy.

• Help expand our video strategy, including longer-form YouTube content and repurposing long-form video into social media content.

• Provide additional marketing and brand support as needed, including email campaigns, event promotion, listing and recruiting materials, blogs, branded collateral, and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to create engaging social media content and film and edit videos.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and current social media trends.

• Strong writing, storytelling, caption-writing, and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Canva and experience with CapCut or similar video-editing software.

• Understanding of social media analytics and how to use performance data to improve content and audience engagement.

• Creative, energetic, and proactive, with the ability to identify content opportunities and bring new ideas to the team.

• Comfortable both behind the camera and on camera, and confident directing and encouraging others to participate in video content.

• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage a content calendar, deadlines, and multiple projects independently.

• Comfortable using or learning AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support content creation and marketing.

• Ability to work in person in Fort Mitchell, KY, and travel locally throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area for content creation.

• Experience creating content for real estate, lifestyle brands, personal brands, or longer-form YouTube video is a plus, but not required.

We care much more about what you can create than how many years you’ve been doing it. A portfolio demonstrating your social media and video work will be required.
