This effort includes documenting the decision criteria for each appeal, conducting research, coordinating with Clark County staff subject matter experts in different departments, communicating with property owners, and conducting site visits as needed. The Clean Water Fee Program Coordinator will also support development and administration of incentive programs for property owners to request a reduction in the Clean Water Fees when implementing specific activities on their property.
