Compass Health is hiring a Mental Health Technician III to join our compassionate, multidisciplinary team at the Marc Triage Center in Everett. This is a critical, client-facing role where your empathy, structure, and skill will provide stability and support during moments of crisis. About the Triage Center The Marc Crisis Triage Center offers a safe, supportive space for individuals recovering from behavioral health crises. Our center offers 24/7 mental health stabilization, walk-in emergency services, and next-day appointments. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Peer Counselors, Clinicians, Nurses, and Providers in a recovery-focused, trauma-informed care environment.
