Post Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, you will oversee the office and actively participate in its development. As a technical and managerial reference, you will ensure the quality of services provided to clients while supporting teams in their skill development. Your main responsibilities include:

• Supervising all office activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the structure;
• Supervising accounting, tax, and annual accounts work;
• Advising and supporting a diverse clientele (SMEs, large companies, professionals, tradespeople, and artisans) on accounting, tax, and financial issues;
• Developing and retaining a high-quality client portfolio;
• Participating in the commercial development of the firm and identifying new opportunities;
• Ensuring compliance with professional standards, internal procedures, and deadlines;
• Being a driving force in process improvement and the digital transformation of the firm.

Required Profile

Holder of a DEC or higher education degree in accounting (DSCG, Master CCA, or equivalent), you have significant experience in an accounting firm in roles such as Chief of Mission, Manager, Chartered Accountant, or Office Director. You are recognized for:
