In this role, you’ll perform residential, commercial, and government HVAC service, installation, and maintenance work across a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities * Perform HVAC system installations, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. * Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements. * Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues. * Ensure all work is compliant with safety codes, company standards, and customer expectations. * Document completed work and communicate with dispatch and project managers. * Maintain company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment in clean, working condition. * Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, and occasional weekend work as needed. Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial service. * High school diploma or GED required. * EPA Universal Certification required. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting methods, and equipment. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening in compliance with applicable laws.
