Memory Care Health & Wellness Director - RN/LPN - Brookdale White Rock, Dallas TX Lead with Purpose. Lead with Heart. We are seeking an experienced, licensed nurse with strong clinical leadership and Director-level experience to lead our small, stand-alone Memory Care community. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about serving residents living with Alzheimer's and dementia and building meaningful partnerships with their families. The ideal candidate brings proven clinical leadership, strong tenure, and a passion for mentoring and developing caregivers while creating a culture centered on appreciation, staff retention, accountability, and exceptional quality of care. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents' healthcare needs change. Supervises and provides leadership, as well as coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community. May be responsible for leading additional clinical leadership team up to five members. The HWD level for each community is determined based on the total complexity of the role. Complexity criteria include, but are not limited to, factors such as size, type of product lines, medication management regulations, 90-day assessment requirements, multiple licensure requirements, state regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.
