How You Will Make an Impact * Lead day-to-day field operations for residential and commercial heating and cooling installation projects. * Execute precise equipment replacements, retrofits, and system setups following rigid safety standards. * Coordinate daily jobsite logistics to maintain strict project execution timelines and quality benchmarks. * Troubleshoot real-time mechanical challenges on-site to ensure optimal operational efficiency. * Mentor junior technicians and apprentices to foster technical growth and team safety compliance. * Represent company core values of professionalism, quality workmanship, and exceptional service on every jobsite. Required Qualifications & Experience * Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in mechanical HVAC field installations. * Proven background successfully completing complex residential or commercial heating and cooling projects. * Strong ability to read technical schematics, system layouts, and manufacturer installation specifications. * Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to dynamic jobsite locations. Preferred Qualifications & Experience * Experience leading field teams or managing jobsite workflows in a primary installer role. * Advanced knowledge of modern high-efficiency HVAC equipment and control systems. * Demonstrated history of continuous technical education and manufacturer training certifications.
