You'll support daily productivity by delegating work to technicians and strategically creating schedules for optimizing shop efficiency. As they work on the vehicles, you'll make sure all activities comply with Nissan warranty policies, dealership safety regulations, and technical training requirements.One of your core goals is to ensure the department meets sales, performance, and customer satisfaction targets. You'll monitor monthly metrics, track parts and labor sales, and uncover new opportunities for growing revenue.
