Sonnenlicht LLC is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Appointment Setters. If you enjoy meeting new people, having conversations, and working toward personal goals, this could be a great opportunity to build valuable sales experience.
No previous sales experience is required. We’re looking for people who are dependable, comfortable speaking with others, and willing to learn.
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll connect with homeowners in the field and introduce them to Sonnenlicht LLC’s energy solutions. Your main goal is to identify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for a member of our sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Speak with homeowners in person and introduce available energy solutions
Ask questions to understand customer needs and determine interest
Build positive relationships through friendly and professional conversations
Schedule appointments with homeowners who are interested in learning more
Keep track of daily activities and follow established outreach goals
Represent Sonnenlicht LLC professionally in the community
Stay positive and motivated when conversations don’t lead to an appointment
We’re interested in candidates who are:
18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
Strong communicators who can explain information clearly
Friendly, confident, and professional
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day
Able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
Willing to learn and develop new sales skills
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Training and support are provided to help you get started.
This is a commission-only position, with earnings based on your results.
Estimated annual earnings for successful performers are $58,800–$124,000, with income varying based on individual performance and the number of qualified appointments generated.
