Reliability Coordinator (Day Shift) - San Leandro, CA Starting pay $36.00 - $40.00 per hour BOQ Georgia-Pacific is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Reliability Coordinator to join our team in San Leandro, CA! This position is responsible for developing and helping execute maintenance plans to enable the efficient and reliable operation of the site. The role of the Reliability Coordinator is to improve work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. Responsibilities include planning and coordination of all maintenance activities performed at the site, including day-to-day planning and down day planning. * This position offers a competitive benefits package with an hourly rate of $36.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on qualifications) * Shifts: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm (Negotiable) * A current resume must be included with the application for consideration * This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Georgia-Pacific is one of the nation's leading corrugated box manufacturers.

To learn more about Georgia-Pacific and our corrugated facilities please visit us at: http://www.gppackaging.com/ What You Will Do In Your Role * Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures * Learn and apply all aspects of Georgia-Pacific's Asset Maintenance (AM) process to effectively plan work * Reconcile purchase card transactions and ensure accurate allocation of costs to the appropriate accounts or cost centers.
Maintain compliance with company policies and financial controls. * Review all purchase/work orders, decide whether a field check is required, and assemble a job plan, a bill of materials and all necessary permits.
Assemble kitted Work Orders. * Analyze work order completion data as well as planned work completion to help eliminate unplanned maintenance downtime using CMMS * Responsible for supervising the monthly parts inventory cycle count process, and communicating any identified discrepancies to management * Work with the Operations and Maintenance team members to develop a prioritized and 100% resource loaded schedule to optimize internal and external resources * Collaborate with production managers, reliability manager and maintenance and production supervisors on the weekly top priorities * Report weekly completion rates and weekly schedule adherence on a month-to-date basis * Support our safe working environment by maintaining strict adherence to safety rules and regulations and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Work off shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed * Georgia-Pacific employees are expected to demonstrate conduct consistent with our Principle-Based Management (PBM®) philosophy - including Integrity, Stewardship & Compliance, and Respect Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, storeroom operations, inventory control, purchasing, manufacturing, or a related field * Experience using computerized systems for inventory management, purchasing, or maintenance work orders (CMMS, ERP, SAP, etc.) * Experience tracking inventory levels, receiving materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy * Experience researching component parts in a Bill of Material (BOM) and assembly drawings (manual and digital documents) What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications) * Knowledge of purchasing processes, purchase orders, invoicing, and accrual management * Experience with inventory cycle counts, inventory audits, inventory optimization, storeroom management and inventory levels * Knowledge of preventive maintenance (PM) planning, kitting, and job scopes For this role, we anticipate paying $36.00 - $40.00 per hour BOQ.
