Assist with maintaining rating schemes, assignment rosters, personnel tracking systems, and supporting documentation in accordance with established guidance and records management requirements. • Onboarding, Out-Processing, and Personnel Accountability: Coordinate onboarding and out-processing activities by preparing required documentation, tracking completion of required actions, and ensuring personnel accountability. Coordinate with supervisors, HR offices, and internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and resolve routine personnel issues affecting personnel movement and processing. • HR Guidance and Issue Resolution: Research personnel issues, gather supporting information, and provide recommendations to supervisors on routine and moderately complex human resources matters. Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on routine personnel policies, procedures, and administrative requirements while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. • Executive Correspondence and Administrative Writing: Draft, edit, format, and staff official correspondence and leadership-ready products, including memoranda, letters, endorsements, executive summaries, talking points, personnel packages, and other administrative documents. Ensure all products are accurate, clear, complete, and compliant with established standards, regulations, and protocol. • Tasking, Suspense, and Records Management: Track taskings, suspense dates, routing, approvals, and personnel actions while maintaining organized records, version control, and supporting documentation in accordance with records management requirements. Safeguard sensitive information and ensure records are readily retrievable for reporting, audit, and leadership review. • Calendar, Meetings, and Coordination Support: Coordinate meetings and administrative activities by preparing agendas, read-ahead materials, and supporting documentation; recording action items; and assisting with follow-up actions as assigned. Serve as a point of contact between HR component representatives and the JTT to facilitate communication, coordinate personnel actions, and resolve routine administrative issues. • Reporting, Metrics, and Workflow Monitoring: Compile personnel reports, staffing metrics, and recurring status updates for supervisors and leadership using HR information systems and administrative tracking tools. Monitor assigned workloads, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, timeliness, and compliance. • SOPs, Reference Materials, and Continuous Improvement: Assist with developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), desk guides, and reference materials for personnel processing and administrative functions. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,200 to $155,400.
