Required Skills & Experience:

Job Description:
PG&E Telecommunications Modernization Program (via Insight Global Consulting) We are seeking a Project Analyst to support a large-scale telecommunications and network modernization program within a utility environment. This individual will work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, external vendors, and stakeholders to support planning, governance, coordination, and execution of multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities:
Support program planning, roadmap development, and execution activities
Track project dependencies, risks, issues, and key milestones across workstreams
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
Document decisions, action items, and program deliverables
Assist with governance processes, reporting, and status updates
Partner with Program Managers and Project Managers to ensure alignment across initiatives
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and implementation plans
Support vendor and stakeholder coordination efforts
Qualifications:
3+ years of Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or related experience
Experience supporting large-scale programs or infrastructure projects
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
