You will drive strategic growth within an established, quality-focused management team that rewards technical precision. How You Will Make an Impact * Lead the comprehensive execution of commercial, industrial, and specialized medical electrical construction projects. * Manage project financials, budgets, and change orders to maximize profitability and resource efficiency. * Coordinate material procurement and labor allocation to meet strict architectural and engineering milestones. * Interface closely with client stakeholders, general contractors, and field superintendents to streamline project delivery. * Resolve complex logistical or design conflicts proactively to eliminate field bottlenecks and construction delays. * Maintain rigorous quality control and technical compliance standards across all active project lifecycles. Required Qualifications & Experience * Proven, well-rounded project management experience within the commercial electrical construction industry. * Demonstrated technical proficiency managing complex industrial or specialized medical facility projects. * Extensive knowledge of commercial construction workflows, building codes, and safety protocols. * Track record of managing project budgets, labor coordination, and contract documentation successfully. Preferred Qualifications & Experience * 4 or more years of related electrical project management experience. * High School Diploma or GED paired with formal technical or trade school background. * Experience managing fast-tracked medical installations, equipment controls, or federal projects.
