Rapha Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Senior Companions to provide high-quality non-medical home care services to clients throughout Sacramento, Elk Grove, Natomas, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Roseville, and nearby communities.
We are currently hiring for part-time daytime positions, with shifts available between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We offer flexible scheduling within these hours to help accommodate your availability and lifestyle.

What You'll Do:
As a member of our caregiving team, you will help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the comfort of their own homes by providing:
Personal Care Assistance
Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene assistance
Dressing and toileting support
Mobility and transfer assistance
Exercise encouragement and supervision
Homemaking & Companion Care
Meal planning and preparation
Grocery shopping and errands
Light housekeeping
Laundry assistance
Meaningful companionship and social engagement
Respite Care
Providing temporary relief for family caregivers
Ensuring continuity of care and client safety
Qualifications:
We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care.
At least 2 years of previous caregiving experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and Live Scan screening
Current negative TB screening
Dependable, patient-focused, and professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
CNA, HHA, or caregiver certification is a plus.
