As our Training and Development Specialist, you will:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Adult Education, or comparable academic preparation
At least two years of training experience
Minimum three years credit union experience (preferred)
Minimum three years as a teller or personal banker (preferred)
Willingness to work flexible hours in multiple locations
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
Ability to design and implement effective training and development
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
Valid Illinois Driver's License with safe driving record with ability to drive to multiple locations for training or transporting training supplies
