A fantastic and well established manufacturing company in central Illinois is seeking an Engineering/CNC Manager to lead engineering/CNC operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to oversee strategy, support manufacturing excellence, and lead a high-performing technical team in a fast-paced CNC manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
6+ years of CNC manufacturing experience required
Strong background CNC/tooling technology, machining operations, and manufacturing process improvement
Knowledge of blueprint reading, geometric tolerancing, and precision measuring instruments
Previous leadership, employee development, and CNC/project management experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
