Production Manager

Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of production employees in order to prepare and deliver finished food products to the serving areas in an efficient, timely, and proper manner. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of production employees in order to prepare and deliver a finished food product to the serving areas in an efficient, timely, and proper manner
• Overseeing kitchen operation while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff
• Preparing or directing preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines
• Performing other duties as assigned

Preferred qualifications include:

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Desire to work with an industry leader
