Summary:
A major Japanese chemical manufacturer, is currently seeking two motivated individuals to join our sales team. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in seeking prospective clients and contribute to the company's growth. This position is ideal for individuals with sales experience, aspiring to become future managers in a few years.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in accordance with the industry focus.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications/Requirement:
Experience in sales roles related to chemical products and materials, specifically with connections to non-automotive industries such as wire manufacturers.
Expertise in soft materials and material knowledge is desirable for this position.
Open to travel as needed
Ability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and the capacity to make decisions that positively impact client relationships and sales outcomes.
Work collaboratively with internal teams while taking the lead in managing client interactions and negotiations.
Exhibit a high level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Valid Driver's License
