Job Opportunity: Upholstery Worker
A client of ours in Newberg is looking to add Upholstery Worker to their team.
Responsibilities
- Glue foam to armatures.
- Form, glue, and staple vinyl to foamed armatures.
- Assemble and package doctor and assistant stools.
- Work with assemblers and Unit Specialists to exchange work information.
- Follow written and oral instructions and troubleshoot problems when needed.
- Follow proper hazardous waste disposal procedures.
Requirements
- Demonstrated manual dexterity.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems when necessary.
- Understanding of proper hazardous waste disposal.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to lift as required.
- Safety glasses and ear protection required.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, with Friday available for overtime.
Pay $22.02/hr
Duration: This is a temp-to-hire position.
