Full-Time | Field Sales | Commission-Based | Entry-Level Opportunity
Gulf Coast Construction is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Appointment Setters. If you enjoy meeting new people, having face-to-face conversations, and working toward clear goals, this could be a great opportunity to build valuable sales experience.
As a Field Appointment Setter, you'll speak with homeowners in assigned residential areas, learn about their needs, introduce Gulf Coast Construction's services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide an opportunity to develop your communication, customer service, and sales skills while working alongside an experienced team.
Speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and introduce Gulf Coast Construction
Start friendly, professional conversations with potential customers
Ask questions to understand homeowner needs and determine potential interest
Build rapport and establish positive relationships
Provide basic information about our construction services
Identify qualified homeowners and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain consistent daily activity within your assigned territory
Keep accurate records of appointments and customer interactions
Represent Gulf Coast Construction professionally in the community
Learn and apply effective communication and appointment-setting techniques

18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license
Reliable personal transportation
Mobile device with active cellular data
Ability to work in residential neighborhoods and approach homeowners
Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day
Commission-Based | Estimated Annual Earnings: $55,000–$120,000
Earnings are based on individual performance and the number of qualified appointments generated. Actual earnings may vary based on results.
