Multimedia SpecialistPneumatic & Hydraulic Company (PHC)Broussard, LA | In-Office PositionSalary: $50,000–$70,000 annuallyBring Our Brands to LifePneumatic & Hydraulic Company (PHC) is seeking a creative, collaborative, and hands-on Multimedia Specialist to join our Marketing team in Broussard, Louisiana.This is an in-office position offering the opportunity to work across PHC and our sister companies while supporting multiple brands, teams, facilities, and business units.If you are equally comfortable behind a camera, editing video, and developing eye-catching graphics, this could be a great opportunity to bring your creative experience into an industrial environment where no two projects are exactly the same.What You'll DoThe Multimedia Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, leadership, subject matter experts, and other departments to understand business objectives and transform ideas into effective visual and digital content.You will:Serve as an internal photographer and videographer, capturing professional content at company facilities, events, and job sites.Create and edit engaging videos, photography, graphics, advertisements, brochures, presentations, social media content, and other marketing materials.Support PHC and its sister companies in maintaining strong and consistent brand identities.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, leadership, subject matter experts, and other internal stakeholders on creative projects.Manage multimedia projects from initial concept and storyboarding through production and final delivery.Develop content for websites, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, presentations, print materials, billboards, and other channels.Coordinate with outside vendors as needed to complete marketing and multimedia projects.Maintain organized digital assets, templates, brand standards, and multimedia files.Assist with marketing events, trade shows, and other company initiatives.Travel to company facilities, events, and job sites as needed to capture photography and video content.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong technical skills and enjoys collaborating with people throughout an organization.Ideal candidates will have experience with:Photography and videographyVideo production and editingGraphic designAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe Premiere ProAdobe After EffectsCanvaMicrosoft Publisher and VisioCreating content for websites, digital campaigns, and social media platformsManaging multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneouslyA bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is preferred, along with previous professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or a similar creative role.Experience working in an agency or enterprise environment is a plus.
