Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking Finning Machine Helpers to support a busy manufacturing operation in Sapulpa. This position assists Machine Operators with the setup and operation of finning equipment, material loading and unloading, product inspection, and general production activities.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physically active work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required, making this a great opportunity for candidates interested in developing industrial machine operation and production skills.

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday on the assigned schedule

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist Machine Operators with daily finning machine operations
• Help with equipment setup and production preparation
• Load raw materials onto finning equipment
• Unload completed products from production machinery
• Stage materials and components for upcoming production runs
• Monitor materials throughout the manufacturing process
• Inspect finished products for visible quality concerns
• Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming products
• Support Machine Operators with tooling, materials, and other production needs
• Help maintain consistent workflow and production output
• Move and organize materials throughout assigned production areas
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all company safety policies and machine operating procedures
• Perform additional general labor and production duties as assigned

Machine & Production Support

Candidates will assist experienced operators with:

• Finning machine setup
• Material loading
• Material unloading
• Production staging
• Product handling
• Basic quality inspection
• Machine-area organization
• Production workflow
• General equipment support

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working around specialized industrial machinery.

Quality Responsibilities

• Visually inspect materials and finished products
• Monitor products for obvious defects or quality concerns
• Help ensure materials are properly loaded and positioned
• Maintain attention to detail during repetitive production activities
• Report quality concerns to Machine Operators or supervisors
• Follow established production and quality requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Industrial production experience
• Machine Helper or Machine Operator experience
• Material-handling experience
• Experience working around manufacturing machinery
• Previous general labor experience
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
• Experience working extended shifts in a production environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as required
• Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to safely load and unload production materials
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to safely work around moving industrial machinery and equipment
• Ability to perform physically demanding production work while wearing required PPE

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing and production environment
• Regular work around finning machines and other production equipment
• Hands-on position involving frequent material handling and machine support
• Fast-paced environment requiring consistent productivity and attention to quality
• Monday–Saturday schedule with overtime as required
