We are seeking compassionate and reliable hourly caregivers for both full-time and part-time positions in Valdez, AK. In this role, you will help clients maintain comfort, independence, and safety in their homes. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are caring, dependable, and enjoy making a real impact in someone’s life.

Pay Rate: Based on experience and certifications
Responsibilities
Help clients with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support
Remind clients to take their medications
Assist with moving safely around the home (using a gait belt or Hoyer lift if needed)
Light housekeeping and preparing simple meals or snacks
Keep clients safe and comfortable during your shift
Share any concerns or observations with the care coordinator
Can adjust to the flexible schedules
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and punctual
Strong communication and observation skills
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Must be eligible to work in Alaska
Must have reliable transportation
