About Us: Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the West side of the Phoenix valley. With 5 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, Lactation and Myo services. Team 4 Kids is committed to helping you reach your greatest potential! T4K is also located 20 minutes from one of the valley's top entertainment districts: P83 & Westgate Entertainment District. Responsibilities: Join our Human Resources team and help support Team 4 Kids employees across all clinic locations. This full-time, hourly position is based at our Surprise location and offers flexible Monday-Friday hours. Responsibilities include: * Responding to employee questions through the general HR inbox * Contracting and credentialing clinical employees with health insurance funding sources * Supporting employee benefits, PTO, 401(k), payroll, and Paylocity questions * Preparing payroll spreadsheets and reviewing employee checks for accuracy * Assisting with employee-relations matters, investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations * Completing employee onboarding and separation tasks * Maintaining personnel files and confidential HR documentation * Managing clinician credentialing, compliance requirements, and document expirations * Assisting with leave, accommodation, and workers' compensation matters as assigned * Create and support company culture through engagement initiatives * Providing shared HR support to all Team 4 Kids clinic locations * Traveling to other clinic locations occasionally, as needed Requirements: * Must have experience in a health care setting, specifically with credentialing healthcare providers with insurance companies * High school diploma or equivalent * Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with employees at all levels * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent time-management and organizational skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately * Comfortable having difficult or sensitive conversations * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * One to two years of hands-on HR or related administrative experience preferred * Experience with a payroll or HR system, applicant tracking system, or Monday.com is a plus * Paylocity experience is a plus Some of Our Perks: * Up to 5 weeks PTO per year based on tenure * Free Medical, Dental and Vision * Christmas, Birthday and Anniversary Bonus * Vacation perks including free plane tickets, cruises and hotel stays * 401k with 4% match * Tickets to Az Cardinals, Diamondbacks and Rattlers games * 6-7 Paid Holidays Per Year
