We’re seeking a dedicated Maintenance Helper to support our dynamic maintenance team in a thriving manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do:

• Assist Maintenance Technicians with troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of production machinery and facility systems.
• Repair and install air lines, fittings, hoses, pneumatic components, and conveyor systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, proximity sensors, and adhesive applicators.
• Conduct basic plumbing, woodworking, and mechanical repairs with safety and precision.
• Support dust collection systems and other plant equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Use hand and power tools safely to perform repair tasks, always following company safety protocols.
• Lift and move materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

Shift & Hours:

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Overtime: Potential on Fridays if needed
• Start date: First day at 7:00 AM, with regular hours beginning at 6:00 AM

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, ideally within manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience working with conveyors, cylinders, sensors, and other production equipment is a plus.
• Comfortably operate hand and power tools.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
