- Target Degrees: Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar technical discipline
2nd Shift – 4 Openings
- 4 V&V Test Technicians – Mechanical / Software

Position Overview
We are seeking Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technicians to support the testing and validation of advanced medical devices in Manchester, NH.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates, entry-level engineers, and early-career technical professionals looking to gain hands-on experience within a highly innovative engineering and medical device environment.
Candidates do not need years of industry experience. We are especially interested in individuals with a strong technical foundation who are comfortable following detailed test procedures, working hands-on with hardware and/or software, analyzing results, troubleshooting issues, and accurately documenting their work.
Responsibilities
- Execute detailed Verification & Validation test procedures according to written engineering instructions.
- Perform hands-on testing of medical devices, components, systems, hardware, and software.
- Work closely with Test Managers, Engineers, Shift Leads, and other Test Technicians.
- Set up and operate test equipment and instrumentation.
- Accurately collect, analyze, and document test data and results.
- Ensure testing accurately reflects test conditions and meets required FDA documentation standards.
- Identify and report test failures, anomalies, and unexpected results.
- Assist engineers with troubleshooting mechanical, hardware, and software-related issues.
- Provide feedback to improve test procedures, accuracy, and repeatability.
- Utilize equipment such as data loggers, scales, pressure gauges, sensors, computers, and other laboratory/test equipment.
- Work with spreadsheets, software applications, databases, and other technical tools.
- Support continuous improvement and engineering initiatives.
Preferred Background
Candidates should have education, internship experience, academic projects, laboratory experience, or professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Electrical Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Engineering Technology
- Related engineering or technical disciplines
Bachelor's and Associate Degree candidates will be considered, along with individuals who have equivalent technical education and relevant hands-on experience.
Desired Skills
- Strong mechanical and/or software aptitude.
- Ability to follow detailed engineering test procedures.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience with spreadsheets, data collection, and technical documentation.
- Exposure to software testing, command-line instructions, databases, or SQL is a plus.
- Experience with data loggers, pressure gauges, scales, sensors, or similar instrumentation is a plus.
- Engineering internships, senior projects, laboratory work, robotics, testing, or other hands-on technical projects are highly relevant.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate test results clearly with engineers and technical team members.
- Ability to lift approximately 25–30 lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to support occasional weekend testing based on project schedules.
