Warehouse Operator - 1st shift

Kelly is hiring for a Warehouse Operator for a 6-month contract role at New Century KS 64031 with our prestigious client.

Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Primary Location: New Century, KS 64031
6-month contract - Onsite role
1st Shift (7am - 3:30pm)
Pay rate: $18/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Performs warehouse operations duties including moving/storing/inventorying.
• Uses equipment such as forklifts, storage equipment, etc. to move/store materials order pulling and receiving inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain safe working environment, utilize appropriate safety equipment and proactively improve the safety culture of the department.
• Maintain processing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and presentable condition; adhere to good Manufacturing Practices and exemplary housekeeping standards.
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team to solve problems, develop procedures, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Completed High School Degree or GED
• Ability to routinely push/pick-up 50 lbs. without reasonable accommodation
• Warehouse, manufacturing, shipping and receiving backgrounds preferred
