With PEGA experience, this role is based in Lisle, IL, with a 3-day onsite mandate for subcon. The salary is $140k. This is a Connected Services and Dealer Digitalization position. The Technical Product Owner will support connected vehicle and dealer digital products that help fleets, dealers, and service teams monitor vehicle health, identify service opportunities, and improve operational workflows. The role will work across product, UX, vehicle data, system integration, and engineering to convert customer and dealer needs into scalable digital capabilities across connected services, dealer applications, and related service experiences.
Key responsibilities include translating connected services and dealer digital strategy into product roadmaps, epics, features, and user stories. The role will own and prioritize the backlog based on customer value, dealer impact, operational benefit, and technical feasibility. Understanding fleet, dealer, and Service Advisor workflows and identifying opportunities to reduce friction and manual effort is crucial. Defining digital experiences involving vehicle health, diagnostics, maintenance, service recommendations, and proactive service leads is also part of the role. Collaboration with telematics, data, integration, architecture, and business teams to define data and system requirements is necessary. Defining requirements for APIs and integrations involving vehicle, VIN, dealer, service, parts, and customer data is required. Leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and stakeholder alignment is essential. Tracking product usage, adoption, workflow completion, and business outcomes following release is also part of the role. Pega platform knowledge is key.
