Role Overview: The Facilities and Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting daily operations by managing shipping and receiving, maintaining workspace organization, coordinating facilities needs, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff. This role includes handling deliveries, coordinating material shipment between locations, supporting facilities operations such as furniture assembly and hazardous material disposal, serving as a primary liaison with facilities management, and assisting with operational projects to keep workspaces productive.
