Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Archer Developer with deep expertise across the RSA Archer platform. This individual will be responsible for the design, configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of Archer-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of Archer architecture, custom object development, REST API integrations, and Archer Next Generation UI capabilities.

This role partners closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and Technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing GRC solutions in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Additional Notes

• Looking for a highly technical, hands-on Archer Developer with 8-10+ years of RSA Archer experience.
• Strong expertise with Archer configurations, customizations, workflows, reporting, integrations, and platform optimization.
• Must have hands-on experience with Archer Next Generation UI.
• Experience developing Custom Objects and managing complex Archer data models is required.
• Strong API integration experience, including Archer REST APIs and connections with enterprise platforms.
• Ideal candidates will have experience supporting multiple GRC use cases such as Risk Management, Compliance, Audit Management, Issues Management, and RCSA.
• Financial services or highly regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience integrating Archer with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Snowflake, or other data platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications and custom solutions.
• Perform end-to-end Archer configuration including:
  • Fields
  • Records
  • Workflows
  • Questionnaires
  • Notifications
  • Calculations
  • Data Feeds
  • Reports
• Develop and maintain Custom Objects and complex Archer data models.
• Build and support Archer REST API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Leverage Archer Next Generation UI capabilities to improve user experience and system performance.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Archer-related issues across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Collaborate with Risk, Audit, Compliance, Security, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Ensure all Archer solutions align with security standards, best practices, scalability requirements, and performance guidelines.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge-transfer materials, and operational support documentation.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience as an RSA Archer Developer or Archer Technical Consultant.
• Deep understanding of RSA Archer architecture and data models.
