Requirements
• 10+ years of professional experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively • Professional background in leadership, consulting, communications, marketing, business development, client relations, training, or related fields • Comfortable operating within an independent, performance-based structure • Interest in leadership and personal development • Confident using Zoom, email, LinkedIn, and digital communication platforms • Growth-oriented mindset and openness to ongoing learning
