You own 10 to 12 active subdivisions. The territory runs from Elk Grove south through the Central Valley into Stockton and Modesto, and west as far as San Ramon. San Jose is not part of the footprint. You are the person the builders call and the person the crews answer to. Schedules, manpower, quality, and cost all land on your desk, across every job in your territory, at the same time. You report directly to the company principal, so there is no layer between you and the decision maker.
Steady production pipeline with builders who keep coming back. Real autonomy over a large territory, with the authority to run it your way. Base salary plus a performance bonus tied to KPIs and company profitability, so the upside moves when your jobs perform. Company truck and gas card, because the territory is wide and you are not covering it on your own dime.
