A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for a full-time float position supporting Family Medicine clinics throughout the West Phoenix area. This permanent role provides primary care to patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric.

Qualifications
- Physician Assistant with an active, unrestricted license or license pending
- NCCPA Certification
- 2+ years of experience in a family medicine clinic or primary care setting
- Experience caring for underserved populations
- Ability to travel between clinic locations
- No evenings or weekends
- Collaborative, mission-driven work environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary based on experience
