As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in various legal proceedings, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings and motions
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Provide counsel and legal guidance to clients
• Negotiate settlements
• Liaise with opposing counsel and parties involved in the case

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Proven experience in civil litigation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage caseload efficiently
