• Shift: Flexible, 3x8-hour Days (8:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM)
• Hours/Week: 24 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract / Temporary
• Licensing/Certifications: IA Dental License preferred; must be enrolled or willing to enroll with Medicaid
• Experience: Open to new grads and experienced dentists

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $114.57/hour
• Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time in accordance with laws, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable

What You’ll Do:

• Provide general dental care to patients of all ages, including exams, fillings, and endodontic procedures
• Manage a varied caseload, treating roughly 9 patients daily with possible increases based on procedures
• Collaborate with support staff including assistants and hygienists to deliver quality care
• Document patient encounters using Denticon and Planet DDS EMR systems
• Support dentist-supported operations during scheduled hours and patient treatments

What You Need:

• Active IA Dental License (preferred) or willingness to enroll with Medicaid
• Ability to see patients of all ages—particularly comfortable treating children 4 years and up
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work within a Monday through Sunday schedule as needed
