As a Recruiting Solution & Outreach Manager within PNC's Talent Acquisition and Outreach organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia PA; Atlanta, GA; Downers Grove, IL; Cleveland, OH or Grand Rapids, MI. The Recruiting Solution & Outreach Manager requires focus and expertise in strategic consultation, data-driven decision making, stakeholder influence, and talent market analysis.

Partner with business leaders to influence decisions and drive organizational priorities

Shape and execute strategic hiring initiatives

Provide trusted guidance and consultation to leaders on talent and business challenges

Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and insights to support data-driven decision making

Develop and implement strategies that align talent priorities with business objectives

Proactively anticipate business needs and identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness

Build strong cross-functional partnerships while driving change and continuous improvement

Translate business goals into actionable people strategies that deliver measurable results

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $50,000.00 $157,300.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
