Job Description

Brixton Corp is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure each interaction reflects the professionalism and service standards of Brixton Corp.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, staying organized, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with questions, requests, and general inquiries.
  • Provide clear, professional, and accurate information about company services.
  • Handle customer concerns with patience and a solution-focused approach.
  • Maintain organized and accurate customer records.
  • Follow up on customer requests when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to help resolve customer needs.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude during all customer interactions.
  • Support daily customer service and administrative operations.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
