The Benefits Administrator LOA supports the company's leave of absence programs by coordinating documentation, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication among associates, HR, center management, payroll, and third-party leave administrators. This role does not determine eligibility or approve/deny leave, but ensures documentation, system updates, and communications are completed accurately and on time throughout the leave lifecycle.
