# Physical Therapist University Park Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation therapy assignment in Pueblo, Colorado.
The position is based at 945 Desert Flower Boulevard, Pueblo, Colorado 81001.
This opportunity follows a five-day, eight-hour schedule.
New graduates may be considered, and the assignment includes a 90% productivity requirement. ## Position Details - Position:
- Physical Therapist - Department: Rehabilitation Therapy - Location: Pueblo, Colorado 81001 - Address: 945 Desert Flower Boulevard ## Schedule - Five eight-hour shifts per week ## Responsibilities - Provide physical therapy services for the listed rehabilitation assignment. - Complete assigned therapy responsibilities during the scheduled eight-hour shifts. - Work toward the stated 90% productivity requirement. - Fulfill the physical therapy responsibilities assigned by University Park Care Center. ## Qualifications - Current BLS certification. - Applicable state license or compact license. - New graduates may be considered. - Ability to meet the 90% productivity requirement. - Availability to work five eight-hour shifts per week.
