Provider Data Coordinator Job Summary

This role ensures the accuracy and compliance of physician and provider information across multiple health plan directories and internal systems. The Coordinator s work directly impacts regulatory compliance, provider accessibility, and timely healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update provider rosters and departmental matrixes
- Verify provider information in health plan directories and websites for accuracy
- Support the timely submission of provider adds, changes, terms, and reports to health plans
- Generate notifications and assemble documentation for provider changes
- Ensure internal systems reflect current ACO and network provider data
- Catalog and track provider data changes, ensuring updates are completed on schedule
- Assist departments with health plan-related inquiries
- Prepare monthly rosters for contracted provider networks
- Identify and solve data issues using a fact-based, analytical approach
