Job description

At Branch, we're transforming how brands and users interact across digital platforms. Our mobile marketing measurement and deep linking solutions are trusted to deliver seamless experiences that increase ROI, decrease wasted ad spend, and eliminate siloed attribution. Our Branch team consists of smart, humble, and collaborative people who value ownership over all. Everything we do is centered around creating a great product, team, and company that lives and breathes our motto: Build Together, Grow Together, Win Together.

Branch is at a rare and exciting inflection point. We've gone from high-growth startup to market leader, and we're continuing to grow with purpose. Here's why now is the time to join:

  • People & Culture: People are our foundation. Our teams are built on exceptional talent density — individuals who are driven, collaborative, and humble, all sharing a commitment to delivering outstanding work.
  • Top-Tier Customers & Global Scale: We work with the world's fastest-growing and most iconic brands (think Walmart, Marriott, Adobe, Sephora, Chipotle, CVS Aetna, T-Mobile, Citi, NBC / Peacock), so your work has massive reach and visibility.
  • Momentum & High-Impact Stage: We're scaling fast, but not bloated. We're big enough to matter, but small enough for you to make a significant dent with meaningful ownership.
  • Profitability & Recognized Workplace: We're committed to creating a sustainable, long-term business with a strong foundation, as well as a standout workplace (named a Best Place to Work by Fortune, Inc., Forbes, and Comparably in 2024 and 2025).

Marketing Specialist

This is a new role created to help bring Branch's brand to life. It's a highly hands-on position for a marketer who loves variety, moves quickly, and knows how to turn an idea into something people actually see, click, share, attend, or remember.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Communications, you'll own Branch's day-to-day social media presence while also supporting a wide range of marketing programs, from writing copy and building emails to helping execute events and bring campaigns to life. You won't sit in a social media silo: you'll work across the marketing team to turn campaigns, customer stories, executive points of view, research, and company news into content that gets attention, on a team where AI-assisted drafting and research are part of the everyday workflow. We're looking for someone creative enough to come up with the idea, scrappy enough to execute it, and organized enough to make sure it actually gets done.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Own Branch's social presence: Develop and run Branch's organic social strategy and content calendar — primarily , with an eye on emerging channels — writing, editing, and publishing content across campaigns, launches, events, thought leadership, and company news, and monitoring conversations to help build a stronger community around the brand.
  • Write across every channel Branch shows up in: Create copy for social posts, emails, landing pages, event promotions, ads, and campaign assets
  • Turn Branch's biggest ideas into content: Partner with executives and subject matter experts to turn their expertise into compelling social content, and repurpose reports, webinars, blogs, research, and customer stories into smaller, channel-ready derivative content.
  • Support email & campaign execution: Help write and build emails through and easy and intuitive editor, report on marketing email campaigns, and partner with our Ops team to execute seamless sends
  • Help bring Branch's events to life: Support Branch's events team with promotions around presence at conferences, trade shows, and customer events — from pre- and post-event social and email content to any “extra set of hands” tasks the team requires
  • Be a marketing swiss army knife: Jump into special projects as priorities evolve, help keep marketing calendars and project plans moving, and use AI to speed up the first pass of your performance reporting so more of your time goes into the recommendation.

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or content — ideally in B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, with a strong understanding of what makes content work on .
  • Excellent writing and editing skills — you can write a punchy social post, a polished email, and a compelling headline, and know they shouldn't all sound the same.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management and organizational skills — you can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with lots of stakeholders, opinions, and moving pieces.
  • Strong written communication and a habit of defining what “good” looks like before delegating a draft — to AI or to anyone else — and owning the result either way.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience creating short-form video or social-first visual content.
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise technology brands.
  • Experience with events or field marketing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, Sprout Social, or similar marketing tools.
