Bayside Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for our 60-bed center in Danville, VA. We are a growing and progressive organization with a focus on providing quality care and advanced rehabilitation.
We are renowned for exceptional clinical and rehabilitation services and have a proven track record of positive financial performance. The selected individual will be responsible for: strong clinical outcomes, census and census mix, and positive employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have well-developed team building skills, a commitment to quality improvement, and the ability to motivate others and raise the bar to achieve and maximize the potential of the center. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits.
Job Requirements: Must hold an active Nursing Home Administrators license or be eligible for license in VA.
